    Steve Adorno and Lori Rose Adorno are a husband-and-wife team of composers, musicians, and producers with a shared musical career spanning over 50 years. Based in New York, the duo is highly recognized for blending genres like R&B, Latin rock, jazz, and urban bossa nova. Together, they manage their independent music production ventures, including Onroda MusicWorks LLC and SteLor-Toons Animation studio. 
    Musical Timeline and Background
    • 1970s Beginnings: The couple started their professional journey in the mid-1970s with their teenage R&B group, Devoshun, signed to SMI Records. Their music was recognized by Billboard Magazine as containing essential disco tracks of 1976. [1]
    • Steve's Background: An established drummer and percussionist, Steve has performed with major R&B legends including Natalie Cole, Phyllis Hyman, Jerry Butler, Sarah Dash, and the platinum-selling Arista Records group, GQ. [1]
    • Lori's Background: Lori recorded as a solo dance artist under MCA Records and performed as a vocalist and composer for the NY Latin Rock group Seguida under Fania International. She has also lent her voice to numerous commercial radio jingles
    Current Projects
    • Brazilian Music Fantasies: They have pivoted significantly toward a "modern urban bossa" and Brazilian jazz fusion sound. 
    • Recent Albums: They released their acclaimed instrumental and vocal project Espirito: A Brazilian Music Fantasy. They followed up with Ascension: A Brazilian Music Fantasy Vol. 2, featuring singles like "New Day Samba" and "In the Name of Love". 
    • Organic Production: The duo prides itself on creating traditional music, explicitly noting that their productions feature real instrumentation with no AI-generated music.
